Our local mortgage adviser, Lee Walsh has been advising on mortgages for over 20 years. Based on the outskirts of Cardiff, Lee started his career with Barclays moving on to advising as an independent whole of market mortgage broker for the last 13 years.
When Lee isn't finding the best deal for you he spends his time coaching both his son's local football teams at under 9 and under 13 level. Not to feel left out, he also regularly attends his young daughters ballet session. Although his coaching prowess doesn't extend to teaching arabesques and twirls!

Subject to circumstances, a fee may be payable. Typically £99 on application & £700 on completion.
If your circumstances or history involves any adverse credit, complex situations or a commercial element then this may increase to a maximum of £2999 with £99 payable upon application. Your adviser will, in all cases, confirm all costs in writing prior to any application being made
